Crossman Planning Consultancy have secured planning permission for the redevelopment of Christchurch Hall in Clifton to provide a new 3,700ft2 office space for the Crossman Group along with 9 stunning apartments.
The Grade II listed building really is a hidden gem. At 9,500ft2 the building was originally a warehouse, and has since been used for a variety of uses including Massive Attack’s recording studio and more recently by the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Our proposals include the sensitive enlargement and refurbishment of the building and which will also include the new office and residential fit-out.
