The Crossman Group is absolutely thrilled to announce that Crossman Build, in conjunction with Bromford Housing Association, has recently completed the purchase of a development site on Bath Road, Bristol. The site is currently occupied by a former petrol filling station, although planning permission exists to redevelop the site to provide 31 affordable apartments. We feel that this is a fantastic looking development, and one that will regenerate this run-down site, on a primary route into the city. In addition, the Crossman Group is incredibly proud to be delivering much needed affordable homes, at a time when many are finding it incredibly challenging accessing the housing market.
Construction is programmed to start in spring 2024 so watch this space!
