What a great start to the year. The Crossman Group has submitted a full planning application for residential development on land at Northload Bridge, Glastonbury. The proposal comprises 27 dwellings with 30% affordable provision. The development includes circa 2,000m2 of public open space, new hedgerows and also 31 new trees. Combined, this greening of the development will achieve an 11.6% bio-diversity net gain. Also, through the use of renewable technologies, our aim is for the energy and CO2 performance of the housing to significantly exceed part L of the building regulations.

This will be a fantastic development for Glastonbury, and we look forward to working with the council to obtain planning permission.
