Crossman Acquisitions Ltd are proposing a sustainable development of circa 71 dwellings. The development will provide a mixture of different housing types and sizes, including an element of affordable housing in order to meet the needs of a wide range of people.
The plans will also include extensive public open space, a children’s play area, bio-diversity enhancements and landscaping. Vehicular access to the Site will be a continuation of the existing Mendip View estate road.
The planning application will be in outline with the only matters for consideration being the principle of residential development and how to access the Site. All other details will be considered at a later date as part of a second, more detailed planning application.
The purpose of this consultation is to obtain feed-back from local residents and stakeholders on the emerging proposals. All comments will be carefully reviewed by Crossman Acquisitions Ltd, and where appropriate will be used to inform the emerging proposals.
