The Process

In simple terms, all land has a value. This value can be enhanced by obtaining planning permission for a more profitable land use. Unfortunately, obtaining planning permission is now more complex and expensive than ever before. Fortunately, Crossman Acquisitions has a proven track record of successfully navigating the complexities of the planning system and maximising land’s development value.

There are various ways in which Crossman Acquisitions can work on behalf of a landowner to obtain planning permission. Our preferred approach is to enter into a promotion agreement with the landowner. This is a contract that enables us to fund all of the costs for obtaining planning permission in return for a share of the profit once the planning permission has been obtained, and the land is sold on the open market.

With this approach, we take all the risks – the landowner pays nothing.
