There are various ways in which Crossman Acquisitions can work on behalf of a landowner to obtain planning permission. Our preferred approach is to enter into a promotion agreement with the landowner. This is a contract that enables us to fund all of the costs for obtaining planning permission in return for a share of the profit once the planning permission has been obtained, and the land is sold on the open market.
With this approach, we take all the risks – the landowner pays nothing.
